The candidate can be a recent graduate with no experience or less than 2 years of previous experience in heavy civil construction. Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in engineering, construction management, or similar discipline
• Organized, motivated, detail-oriented and driven
• Recent graduate with no experience or less than 2 years of previous experience in heavy civil construction

Responsibilities

• Understanding construction means and methods
• Exposure to budgets; including internal labor and equipment costs, subcontractors, and materials
• Computer skills with the use of Microsoft Office, HCSS HeavyJob, Agtek earthwork takeoff software, and Microsoft Project
• Perform Quantity Takeoffs
• Support project schedule preparation, quantities, and production rates
• Manage subcontractor quantities for weekly cost and monthly progress billings
