About the Role The Field Engineer is an entry-level role supporting the Regulatory & Facilities team. This position provides hands-on exposure to healthcare facility operations, compliance readiness, and infrastructure assessments. The Field Engineer will assist with mock regulatory surveys, facility condition assessments (FCAs), asset inventory and data collection, life safety and physical environment observations, and documentation reviews. This position is ideal for a motivated individual looking to build a long-term career in healthcare facilities management, regulatory readiness, or healthcare infrastructure consulting.
