About The Position
Advanced G.P.R. Corporation is seeking motivated individuals for a Field Engineer position focused on Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) and Utility Locating. GPR is a high-tech, non-destructive testing method used to inspect and locate subsurface elements before construction activities like cutting, coring, drilling, trenching, excavating, or building. Requirements
- Comfortable learning and using Apple devices (iPhones, iPads, MacBooks)
- Proficiency with digital forms, field reporting tools, maps, photos, and cloud-based systems
Nice To Haves
- Experience with AutoCAD
- Experience with SolidWorks
- Experience with construction software
- Experience with CRM systems
- Experience with Google Workspace
- Experience with similar programs
Responsibilities
- Operate and learn ground penetrating radar and other non-destructive testing equipment
- Perform concrete scanning, utility locating, and subsurface investigations
- Assist with identifying rebar, post-tension cables, conduits, utilities, voids, and other subsurface conditions
- Collect and document field data accurately
- Communicate findings clearly with clients, contractors, and internal team members
- Prepare or assist with field reports and documentation
- Work safely and professionally on active construction sites
- Coordinate with project teams to complete work efficiently and accurately
- Represent Advanced G.P.R. Corporation with professionalism in the field
