About The Position

Join Webber, an industry leader in construction and infrastructure, as a dynamic Field Engineer. This role serves as the crucial link between the infrastructure site and the office, providing essential support to the Project Engineer and site team. The primary goals include production tracking, operational planning, communication, organization, implementation, and tracking of project data. The Field Engineer is expected to spend 75%-90% of their time in the field, which offers significant opportunities for learning about construction management and career growth within the company.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
Minimum of one year of experience working with scheduling and/or planning software.
Ability to work within, and utilize data obtained from, electronic planning software such as SAP, Primavera, Microsoft Projects, or other similar software.
Fluent with the ESRI suite of software, specifically Arc GIS pro, Survey 123 and Workforce.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Arc GIS pro, Survey 123 and Workforce.

Responsibilities

Identify and assist in maintaining contract assets, incorporating data from the planning department and project participants into the overall plan or schedule.
Interact with project participants to gather scope, logistics, and constraints.
Present and analyze schedule reports to meet Webber Infrastructure Management standards.
Meet and develop periodic reporting formats.
Assist in managing a Scope Change Management system.
Communicate with vendors, track orders and sub-contractor work.
Ensure safety and efficiency in all tasks.
