About The Position

The Project Engineer plays a critical role in managing the flow of information across construction projects, ensuring accuracy, coordination, and alignment between design, field execution, and project leadership. You will be responsible for reviewing plans, resolving design conflicts, maintaining documentation, and supporting the project team to ensure efficient and cost-effective project delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field preferred (or equivalent experience); military experience strongly considered
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, engineering principles, and building systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High proficiency with computers and construction-related information systems
  • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Leadership potential with the ability to take initiative and make decisions
