About The Position

The Project Engineer plays a critical role in managing the flow of information across construction projects, ensuring accuracy, coordination, and alignment between design, field execution, and project leadership. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented and technically capable professional who thrives in a fast-paced construction environment. You will be responsible for reviewing plans, resolving design conflicts, maintaining documentation, and supporting the project team to ensure efficient and cost-effective project delivery.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field preferred (or equivalent experience); military experience strongly considered
Strong understanding of construction processes, engineering principles, and building systems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High proficiency with computers and construction-related information systems
Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Leadership potential with the ability to take initiative and make decisions
