This is not a project management or office-based track. Position Summary The Field Engineer is an entry-level field leadership role designed for individuals pursuing a long-term career in heavy civil field management. This position is 100% field-focused, providing hands-on experience in construction operations, crew support, equipment usage, and production execution. The Field Engineer will work closely with Foremen and Superintendents to learn how work is planned, executed, and managed in the field. This role is not a Project Engineer or office-based position. The Field Engineer will be expected to actively participate in physical work, learn equipment operations, and develop leadership skills through direct field experience.
