About The Position

This role serves as a Field Engineer for large, complex clients, covering a range of company products and services. The Field Engineer performs server and storage break and fix, as well as VIP deskside support activities. Utilizing advanced tools and technical knowledge, this position resolves client problems and conducts high-level installation activities for storage and network devices. The role requires an advanced understanding of hardware, software, and operating systems, along with advanced troubleshooting capabilities to address and resolve significant issues escalated from team members and/or clients. Additionally, the Field Engineer tests and certifies mainframes, servers, and other infrastructure associated with networks and peripherals.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Generally, 4-6 years’ experience in area of responsibility
• This role may require access to export-controlled commodities and technology. Therefore, to conform to U.S. export control regulations, applicant should be eligible for any required authorizations from the U.S. Government.
