About The Position

UBREAKIFIX is seeking a Mobile Repair Technician to fix and repair smartphones of all makes and models in a mobile work environment. This role requires someone who understands technology, is adaptive to developing tech, and possesses strong sales and customer service skills. All training is provided. UBREAKIFIX is the nationwide leader in professional same-day electronics repairs, with over 700 locations and more than a decade of experience. As a Mobile Tech, you will serve customers by diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing mobile devices at their homes or workplaces, ensuring customer satisfaction. This position involves traveling to customer locations in a company-provided vehicle to complete repairs on-site.

Requirements

Ability to pass driving, drug, and background screening.
Must be a great note-taker.
Must have great attention to detail.
Sales and customer support experience is a must.
Must have a High School diploma or equivalent.
Must have a valid state driver's license and a clean driving record.
Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Valid Driver's License (Required). With no limitations.
Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening to include marijuana and a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

Safely travel to customer sites and arrive within the scheduled appointment window.
Inform customers of job status (En-route, Arrived, etc).
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair devices.
Provide recommendations for problem resolution.
Explain complex technical issues to customers in a non-technical, simple-to-understand manner.
Provide repair and replacement estimates to customers.
Ensure that all repairs meet or exceed uBreakiFix quality standards.
Greet customers in a friendly manner and maintain a positive work environment.
Ensure that customers have an enjoyable experience by providing superior customer service and exceeding customer expectations.
Keep track of all devices and inventory while safeguarding all van stock and equipment.
Utilize the point-of-sale system to maintain an accurate record of customer information and the real-time status of each repair.
