This role involves a blend of design and operations, with key responsibilities in quality assurance and control, and serving as the site liaison for communication with management.
Requirements
- Degree or technical diploma in Civil Engineering, or working towards
- Valid driver’s license in good standing
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to an ever-changing environment (i.e. policies, procedures, technologies and best practices)
Responsibilities
- Scheduling
- Cost Management
- Material Management
- Site Liaison
- QA / QC on projects
- Inspection and testing
- Design development and simultaneous field engineering on multiple projects
- Monitoring of drilling and grouting operations
- Daily logging of work completed
- Quality control supervision via real-time inspection
- Majority of working days spent on site at construction project
