About The Position

We are looking for skilled individuals who can provide maintenance and repair services on heavy machinery, trucks, hydraulics, and engine systems in a timely and accurate manner. This opportunity is for those who enjoy diesel engines, heavy equipment, and a company that supports their ambitions.

Requirements

• Knowledge of equipment and ability to diagnose issues.
• Tools as required to complete equipment repairs and diagnostics.
• Travel required – home weekends.
• Troubleshooting skills for diesel engines, hydraulics, and electrical.
• Willing to work overtime.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Take initiative to perform tasks.
• Maintain equipment and components.
• OSHA Health & Safety rules compliance.
• Able to keep shop area presentable.
• Minimum 3 years experience or vocational graduate.

Nice To Haves

• CDL is preferred, but not required.
• Welding experience is preferred, but not required.
• A/C, Brake, & DOT Annual Inspector Certifications preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance and repairs to company-owned heavy equipment fleet and trucks.
• Cleaning, maintenance, visual inspection, and removal of parts and attachments.
• Installation with the help of proper manuals.
• Report writing.
• Disassembly, assembly, parts reuse evaluation, and reconditioning.
