About The Position

CBH Homes is seeking a full-time Field Detail Team Member for the Treasure Valley. This role involves hands-on activities and upkeep in CBH Communities. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, hard-working, efficient, and enjoys working outdoors in various locations. Responsibilities include executing daily field detail tasks, inspecting community signs and flags, stocking vehicles with materials, monitoring calendars, and collaborating with the Field Marketing Manager. Daily tasks involve placing signs, lockboxes, and marketing materials, installing home touring technology, replacing flags, and maintaining community appearance standards.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• Clean driving record
• Able to lift heavy objects
• Able to keep up with the intense pace of this position

Responsibilities

• Daily Field Detail List task execution
• Inspect CBH Community entrance signs and flags to ensure they are fresh & crisp
• Daily CBH office check-ins to get and stock vehicles with needed field materials
• Daily calendar monitoring and task updating for field activities
• Work closely with the Field Marketing Manager for task detail
• Ensure quality work and efficient turn around times of field work
• Placing for sale signs, lockboxes, and marketing material in available homes
• Installing CBH’s self home touring technology
• Replacing community flags
• Maintaining the high standard appearance of CBH communities
