• Experience or knowledge in the gas station/c-store industry
• Previous experience in this field

Responsibilities

• Travel to assigned projects
• Site evaluation - provide accurate information regarding site details
• Take presentation quality, accurately labelled photos for visual documentation of field observations
• Visit each competitor, photograph, and accurately and thoroughly complete forms and app data entries
• Call office while on site with any questions/issues
• Provide key activity generators with accurate identification and distance from site for trade area data
• Submit field data to the office in a timely manner (ideally within 1 week of data collection)
• Update the director of IMST Kalibrate LIMS, INC.
• Weekly travel and field data collection and compilation
• Arrange travel
• Coordinate meetings with clients
• Use an app to collect data
• Perform traffic counts
• Drive the trade area
• Audit competitors
• Write reports to summarize findings
