The Field CTO serves as a technical visionary and trusted advisor to telecom customers, focusing on supporting customers on day-to-day technical matters and also ensuring customer satisfaction. The Field CTO is an interface towards the customer and collaborates internally with Country GM, sales, product development and engineering, and customer success teams to drive solution-oriented conversations, shape product strategies. The Field CTO will enable the successful sale and adoption of the Circles’ software solutions. This role bridges the gap between the technical capabilities of the company’s products and the business needs of telecom operators.
