About The Position
Herriott's Rents Tents Events is seeking energetic, positive, and respectful individuals to join their team as full-time seasonal crew members from now until November 2026 and beyond. This local, family-owned business serves Champaign and surrounding counties. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, accountable, and possess a positive attitude towards project work, demonstrating flexibility and eagerness to complete tasks independently or in a group. The ability to take direction from leaders and understand when a job is complete is essential. This role requires individuals who are not afraid to work and can meet the physical demands of the job, including lifting up to 70 lbs repeatedly, standing for long periods, and working outdoors in various weather conditions. Excellent attention to detail, positive customer and staff interaction skills, and a valid driver's license with access to a motor vehicle are also required. Box truck experience is needed for those operating company vehicles, and forklift experience is a plus. Candidates must understand and comply with company policies. Safe, quick, self-motivated learners with the stated qualifications will be given priority. A background check is required.
