Field Construction Sales Representative
About The Position
The Dailey Company is seeking a full-time, hybrid Field Construction Sales Representative based in Willow Grove, PA, serving Montgomery and Bucks County. This role involves being in the field, building relationships, and seeing the direct results of your work. The position offers flexibility, strong earning potential, and the opportunity to build meaningful partnerships. You will spend your days generating new opportunities with contractors and builders, nurturing professional relationships, and building a strong, self-managed sales pipeline. You will document all activity in our CRM, stay organized and strategic, and work toward generating $1M+ in sales in your first year while representing The Dailey Company with integrity and confidence.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in the remodeling/construction sales world
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Fluency in computers and CRMs
- Comfortable and confident with cold calling
- Ability to pass a background check
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience selling windows, doors, or cabinets is preferred
