Field Construction Coordinator

Giga EnergyTexas, TX
Onsite

About The Position

As Giga's Field Construction Coordinator, you'll be the connective tissue between planning and execution on our active construction sites. You'll spend your days in the field ensuring subcontractors have what they need, work is sequenced correctly, problems are resolved before they become delays, and information flows quickly between the office and the jobsite. This is not an office role. You'll be onsite every day, walking the project, coordinating crews, documenting progress, identifying issues early, and helping our Superintendents and Project Managers keep work moving safely and efficiently. You'll coordinate activities across civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, low-voltage, and commissioning teams while ensuring equipment, materials, inspections, and subcontractors are where they need to be. If something is blocking progress, you're expected to identify it before anyone asks and drive it toward resolution. As Giga scales nationally, you'll also help build standardized field coordination processes, reporting tools, and best practices that improve execution across every project we build.
