About The Position

Equitable is seeking a dynamic Field Compensation Customer Service Representative to join their growing team. This role involves managing incoming calls and emails from advisors, providing assistance related to Wealth Management business line inquiries, and investigating/resolving compensation-related questions. The representative will utilize internal systems, collaborate with departments, and participate in cross-training to support team operations. This position offers a hybrid work schedule, requiring 2-3 days per week in either the Syracuse, NY or Charlotte, NC offices.

Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming calls and emails from advisors, providing prompt and accurate assistance related to their inquiries within the Wealth Management business line.
  • Investigate and resolve compensation-related questions from advisors, utilizing multiple internal systems and collaborating with various departments.
  • Participate in cross-training initiatives across the CSR team to support all aspects of team operations, including coverage for time off and managing workload across the team.
