About The Position

RNR Tire Express is ready to hire a full-time Field Collector with great customer service skills. An average field collection makes $18.00 to $20.68 with the bonuses. Requirements

  • Experience as sales agent, rental agent, account executive, account manager, account collection, or rent-to-own
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving history
  • Can pass a drug screen and background check
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule
  • Professional communication skills in English
  • Strong computer and phone skills
  • Must have the ability to pass a Background Check Prior to hire

Responsibilities

  • Maintain our customer relationships
  • Spend most of your day on the phone or computer
  • Look over applications, strive to recognize and create opportunities to renew customer agreements
  • Provide excellent customer service as you make phone calls to our customers regarding expired agreements
  • Make phone calls to references on expired accounts
  • Actively listen, you assist in resolving issues to facilitate renewal and prompt payment as necessary
  • Schedule voluntary turn-ins of merchandise
  • Go out into the field to pick up product and do door hangers
  • Handle challenging opportunities quickly all while providing top-notch customer service
  • Multitask while managing the pace of a call and keeping focused on the customer
  • Meet weekly goals
