About The Position

RNR Tire Express is ready to hire a full-time Field Collector with great customer service skills. An average field collection makes $18.00 to $22.68 with the bonuses. As a Field Collector, you will maintain customer relationships, recognize and create opportunities to renew customer agreements, and provide excellent customer service. Most of your day will be spent on the phone or computer, making calls regarding expired agreements and to references, assisting in resolving issues, and scheduling voluntary turn-ins. You will also go out into the field to pick up product and do door hangers. Patience and tact are essential in enhancing customer relationships, and you will handle challenging opportunities quickly while providing top-notch customer service. Multitasking and focusing on the customer are key to meeting weekly goals in this fast-paced, people-driven environment. Requirements

Experience as sales agent, rental agent, account executive, account manager, account collection, or rent-to-own
Valid driver's license with a clean driving history
Can pass a drug screen and background check
Ability to work a flexible schedule
Professional communication skills in English
Strong computer and phone skills

Maintain customer relationships
