About The Position

RNR Tire Express is seeking a full-time Field Collector with excellent customer service skills. This role offers competitive pay, with an average field collection earning between $19.13 and $20.68 per hour including bonuses, and a family-oriented work environment. The position involves maintaining customer relationships, primarily through phone and computer work, to renew customer agreements and facilitate payments. Responsibilities include reviewing applications, making calls to customers with expired agreements and their references, resolving issues, and scheduling merchandise turn-ins. The role also requires going into the field for product pickups and door hangers. The ideal candidate will possess patience, tact, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, people-driven environment to meet weekly goals. Requirements

  • Experience as sales agent, rental agent, account executive, account manager, account collection, or rent-to-own
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving history
  • Can pass a drug screen and background check
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule
  • Professional communication skills in English
  • Strong computer and phone skills
  • Must have the ability to pass a Background Check Prior to hire

Responsibilities

  • Maintain customer relationships
  • Spend most of the day on the phone or computer
  • Look over applications to recognize and create opportunities to renew customer agreements
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Make phone calls to customers regarding expired agreements
  • Make phone calls to references on expired accounts
  • Assist in resolving issues to facilitate renewal and prompt payment as necessary
  • Schedule voluntary turn-ins of merchandise
  • Go out into the field to pick up product
  • Do door hangers
  • Handle challenging opportunities quickly while providing top-notch customer service
  • Multitask while managing the pace of a call and keeping focused on the customer
