About The Position

Woodville Rentals is looking for a motivated, confident, and results-driven Field Collections Account Manager to help protect company assets and strengthen store performance across our three Ohio locations. This role is focused on account management, collections, customer communication, and revenue recovery. You’ll work both in the field and in-store, helping customers find solutions while ensuring accounts stay on track. We’re looking for someone who is independent, dependable, and comfortable handling challenging conversations with professionalism and confidence. Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (required)
  • Willingness to travel between store locations and customer residences
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills
  • Comfortable handling difficult conversations professionally and confidently
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and results-focused

Nice To Haves

  • Previous collections, rent-to-own, account management, or customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage delinquent rental accounts across three store locations
  • Conduct outbound collection calls and follow-up communication daily
  • Perform in-person customer visits and field collections when necessary
  • Negotiate payment arrangements and secure payment commitments
  • Help customers find workable solutions while maintaining company standards
  • Assist in reducing delinquency percentages and minimizing charge-offs
  • Protect company assets through consistent account follow-up and documentation
  • Monitor account activity and provide regular updates to store leadership
  • Support overall revenue growth and operational performance goals
  • Build professional relationships with customers while handling sensitive situations
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with management and store teams
  • Accurately document all customer interactions, payment arrangements, and account updates
