The Field Clinical Specialist works using independent judgement, partners with local Account Managers to increase clinical support, and education resulting in increased clinical acumen. This role requires a Bachelor's degree preferred or Associates Degree in nursing or clinical. The preferred candidate resides in the territory area - Western Washington or Greater Seattle Area. A minimum of three (3) years in a medical device clinical capacity or cath lab is required. Proven understanding of cardiovascular science, cardiovascular anatomy, pathology and physiology is necessary. Strong clinical acumen is required. Understanding of the sales process is a plus. Must be open to a dynamic work environment which includes regular interaction with several different physician and hospital staff customers in several locations. Must have the desire to participate in a healthcare team in the treatment of patients and anticipate needs of others. Apply critical thinking skills to solve complex clinical problems. Excellent command of the English language with comprehensive written and verbal communication, interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills. Must have the ability to concentrate on detail and work independently and meet deadlines with strong attention to detail. Comprehensive computer skills with experience in Microsoft Office with ability to develop presentation materials.
