About The Position

argenx is seeking a Field Clinical Educator to provide education to external stakeholders on gMG, CIDP, and future indications. The role leads and implements clinical education strategies and provides disease and product education to community and academic institutions, hospitals, extended care health providers, and patients. The position supports the San Jose, Los Angeles West, and Los Angeles East, California markets and is field-based; the educator must live within the supported geography and travel approximately 80% of the time, including nights and weekends as customer and patient needs require. The educator develops and delivers clinical education for health care providers, including advanced practice clinicians, nurses, pharmacists, infusion staff, and other providers. This includes discussing disease and product content, educating extended care teams about adverse-event profiles and appropriate patient management consistent with product labeling, and presenting at education events. The educator independently creates practical learning solutions tailored to individual accounts. For patients, the educator provides education only after prescription and with necessary consent. In collaboration with health care providers and internal teams, the educator discusses disease state, treatment journey, therapy formulations, preparation and expectations, disease-management and adherence tools, and targeted questions using approved resources. The role also supports local patient education programs through compliant coordination with internal customer-facing teams. The position requires understanding customer and patient educational needs, building trust through knowledge of customer practices and priorities, and creating account education plans and field routing plans. The educator shares customer insights, collaborates across functions, and upholds argenx's ethical and compliance standards. The role is eligible to participate in short- and long-term incentive programs and includes a comprehensive benefits package, subject to applicable plans and policies.
