This position is responsible for evaluating, handling, and adjusting assigned property or other claims from Members and other Claimants. The role requires maintaining high customer satisfaction levels through professionalism, integrity, fairness, and promptness. The Field Claims Representative will also assist the Field Claims Supervisor with the development of other Claims Representatives, including workload management and problem-solving. Maintaining satisfactory levels of productivity and claims handling cycle time, as well as continuing job skill development through training, are key aspects of this role. The representative is responsible for cycle time, severity, quality of claims, customer satisfaction level, and their own professional development.
