This is a 12-month contract role. The Field Case Manager (FCM) is responsible for managing the practice, providing patient support, offering mentorship to peers, and interfacing with the manufacturer. This role involves customizing program elements, assisting physicians with patient enrollment and insurance coverage, coordinating patient services, and ensuring timely access to therapy. The FCM will also be responsible for reporting, training, and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare professionals and patients. The role may require on-call duties.
