About The Position

This role involves walking through neighborhoods, connecting with homeowners, and educating them about Bordner Home Improvement's products. The goal is to schedule free in-home design consultations. The Field Canvasser will represent a trusted home improvement company and will have opportunities to earn bonuses for qualified appointments set and for referring new team members. Both full-time, part-time, and internship roles are available with flexible weekday and weekend availability.

• Walk through neighborhoods, connecting with homeowners.
• Educate homeowners about our products and schedule free in home-design consultations.
• Represent the most trusted home improvement company in the Kansas City area.
• Earn bonuses for every qualified appointment you set & every great team member you refer.
