About The Position
Next Solutions is an in-home services company that contracts work from top TV and internet service providers, specializing in creating the ultimate in-home experience for their customers. As a service and solutions expert, you will provide customers with TV, Internet, and smart home solutions. The company provides work orders for you to complete, which involves driving to the customer's house, assessing their needs, and determining the best options for completing the required work.
Requirements
- HS Diploma or equivalent
- Experience working outdoors
- Must pass an extensive background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Able to lift and carry up to 80 lbs. on a consistent basis
- Flexible to work 5-6 days per week, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Nice To Haves
- Sales experience a plus, but not required
Responsibilities
- Perform new connects, reconnects, upgrades, and disconnects for television, internet, and phone services.
- Troubleshoot all services.
- Installations could include relocating cable outlets, adding converters and modems, and interior and exterior wiring paths.
- Provide first-class customer service, including detailed customer education on all products.
