Field Build Technician I/II

MALLORY SAFETY AND SUPPLY LLCMukwonago, WI
Hybrid

About The Position

Mallory Safety & Supply is currently hiring both a Build Technician I and Build Technician II to join our ENSA North America team in Mukwonago, Wisconsin! These are highly hands-on, dynamic roles that blend fabrication support, construction, shop operations, travel, field installation, and facility support. In these positions, you’ll help build, assemble, transport, and maintain ENSA’s modular training structures and mobile training environments used across North America. No two weeks look exactly the same in this role. One week, you may be organizing materials, cutting raw materials to size, and preparing components in the shop. Another week, you may be traveling to customer sites, supporting tower builds, assisting with trade show setup, or helping maintain ENSA facilities and equipment. Both Build Technician I and Build Technician II perform similar core work and collaborate closely as part of the ENSA build team. These are not supervisory levels. Instead, the distinction between the two roles is primarily based on travel expectations, experience level, and project complexity. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with their hands, solving problems, adapting as projects evolve, and being part of a team that builds unique training environments from the ground up.
