About The Position

Express Flooring is seeking talented Brand Ambassadors to represent the company at events and trade shows, specifically hiring for the San Diego State Fair. This role involves generating leads, scheduling qualified appointments for free in-home consultations, and actively engaging with potential clients to understand their flooring needs and inform them about product offerings. The Brand Ambassador will be responsible for achieving shift goals, attending team meetings, and setting up/dismantling event booths. Requirements

Outgoing personality and love for helping people
High Energy and Strong face to face communication skills
Motivated to help build the Express Flooring brand
Must be available during the day on weekdays and weekends
Ability to stand for 4-6 hours at a time
Reliable transportation
A confident team player who can work independently
