About The Position

Express Flooring is seeking highly spirited and dedicated professionals to join our team as Field Brand Ambassadors. This role is an awesome opportunity to make fantastic money representing a product you can believe in, with the potential to determine your own earnings based on the number of appointments you set. We are currently hiring for the State Fair of Texas!! As a Brand Ambassador, you will be the face of Express Flooring at events and trade shows, generating leads and scheduling qualified appointments. You will actively engage with potential clients, understand their flooring needs, inform them about our product offerings, address concerns, and schedule appointments for free in-home consultations. You will be expected to achieve and surpass your goals during each shift, attend team meetings to enhance your skills, and set up and dismantle event booths as required. This is a part-time position with a fun working environment and opportunities for career growth and advancement.

Requirements

Outgoing personality and love for helping people
High Energy and Strong face to face communication skills
Motivated to help build the Express Flooring brand
Must be available during the day on weekdays and weekends
Ability to stand for 4-6 hours at a time
Reliable transportation
A confident team player who can work independently

1+ years of sales, customer service, or marketing experience

Responsibilities
