About The Position

Mad City Windows & Baths, a proud company of the Renuity family, is seeking a Field Brand Ambassador to revolutionize home improvement. This role involves engaging with potential customers in retail environments and local events to introduce remodeling services and special offers. The primary goal is to generate interest and schedule free in-home product demonstrations, with no direct selling required. This position is designed as a stepping-stone for career growth in management or sales.

Requirements

No experience required; training provided.
Self-motivated individuals looking to get out what they put in.
Passion for career growth and learning sales and marketing strategies first-hand.
Availability to work afternoons and weekends.
Currently hiring for 11am – 7pm shifts Wednesday-Sunday.
Naturally outgoing and well-spoken individuals who thrive in human interaction.
