Field Brand Ambassador
About The Position
Mad City Windows & Baths, a proud company of the Renuity family, is seeking a Field Brand Ambassador to revolutionize home improvement. This role involves engaging with potential customers through in-person outreach in retail environments and local event spaces, introducing remodeling services and special offers, and generating interest to schedule free in-home product demonstrations. The position is designed as a stepping-stone for a career in management or sales. The company emphasizes innovation, excellence, and making home improvement faster, easier, and stress-free for homeowners.
Requirements
- No experience required; training provided
- Self-motivated individuals looking to get out what they put in
- Passion for career growth and learning sales and marketing strategies first-hand
- Availability to work afternoons and weekends
- Currently hiring for 10am – 6pm shifts Wednesday-Sunday
- Naturally outgoing and well-spoken individuals who thrive in human interaction

Benefits
- Base hourly pay plus uncapped performance bonuses
- Average first year earnings: $50k-$70k/yr
- Top reps earn $80k+/yr
- Sign-on bonus up to $3000
