About The Position

Do you love being on the road and building customer relationships? Join us as a Field Beverage Service Sales Representative. You’ll provide route relief, sell and deliver coffee, tea, and related products, and make sure every beverage station you touch is stocked, clean, and to standard. Why this role? You’ll own your route when assigned—servicing each customer on a fixed daily schedule. You’ll be the quality champion: clean equipment, verify performance, and complete at least one daily CQC (Cup Quality Check). You’ll grow accounts by closing distribution gaps, running seasonal and LTO promotions, applying pricing actions, and maximizing Revenue per Stop. You’ll strengthen loyalty by following the Farmer Brothers Way to Sell and making sales calls when time permits. You’ll be a trusted problem-solver, escalating issues to the ASM fast and following through to satisfaction. What you’ll handle Deliver, replenish, and rotate products at each call. Daily route administration: invoices, inventory, and collections. Route relief insights: flag inefficiencies, dissatisfaction, or growth opportunities to the ASM. Hands-on support: help with inventory cycle counts, warehouse tasks, and customer matters as assigned. Equipment know-how: learn brewing systems for minor adjustments and basic repairs. Pitch in across warehouse operations, accounts receivable collections, and customer service as needed. Schedule and driving requirements Monday–Friday, 7:00 am – 3:30 pm; overtime when needed. Valid Driver’s License required. Must be able to complete a successful DOT physical. Bring these qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Clean, good driving record.
