Your day on the road Roll out at 7:00 a.m., vehicle stocked and route loaded. You’ll step into offices, cafes, and breakrooms to make sure every beverage station looks great, tastes better, and is ready for the day. You’ll rotate products, clean and check equipment, and complete at least one CQC (Cup Quality Check) daily. Throughout the day, you’ll manage invoices and inventory, collect payments, and spot opportunities to grow revenue per stop by filling distribution gaps, executing seasonal and LTO promotions, and applying pricing updates. If an issue pops up, you’ll escalate quickly to your ASM (Area Sales Manager) to keep customers delighted and informed. Schedule Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.; overtime as needed. Driving requirements Valid Driver’s License required Must be able to complete a successful DOT physical What you’ll do Provide route relief and deliver coffee, tea, and related products; ensure every customer on the daily schedule receives service and delivery as required. Replenish and rotate stock at each stop; keep beverage stations set to standard. Clean and verify equipment performance; complete a minimum of one daily CQC. Manage invoices, inventory levels, and collections each day while on route. Increase Revenue per Stop by closing distribution voids on core items, running seasonal/LTO promotions, executing pricing actions, and merchandising to standard. Escalate customer concerns promptly to the ASM and follow through to satisfaction. Assist the ASM with inventory cycle counts, warehouse tasks, and customer follow-ups. Learn brewing equipment operation and perform basic adjustments or minor repairs. Execute the Farmer Brothers customer call process (The Farmer Brothers Way to Sell) and make sales calls when time and opportunity allow. Pitch in as needed with warehouse operations, A/R collections, and customer service activities.
