Step into a day on the route Keys in hand. Truck loaded. A fresh list of customer stops. By 7:00 a.m., youre rollingheading out to keep offices and workplaces stocked with great coffee, tea, and all the essentials. Youll replenish products, tidy and calibrate brewers, and make sure every beverage station looks sharp and performs to standard. Along the way, you build rapport, solve problems, and spot opportunities to grow sales. Schedule MondayFriday, 7:00 a.m.3:30 p.m.; overtime as needed Driving & compliance Valid drivers license required Must be able to complete a successful DOT physical On the road, you will Deliver, stock, and rotate coffee, tea, and related items at each scheduled stop. Keep all equipment clean and operating correctly; perform at least one CQC (Cup Quality Check) daily. Follow a set daily route schedule to ensure every customer receives delivery and service. Manage invoices, inventory, and collections while on route. Grow revenue per stop by closing distribution gaps on core products, executing seasonal and LTO promotions, applying pricing actions, and ensuring the beverage station meets standard. Escalate customer concerns promptly to the ASM (Area Sales Manager) and ensure satisfaction. Share any inefficiencies, dissatisfaction, or new opportunities you notice with the ASM. Execute the Farmer Brothers customer call process (The Farmer Brothers Way to Sell) to boost satisfaction and loyalty; make sales calls when time allows. When youre not on the route Assist the ASM with inventory cycle counts, warehouse tasks, and customer follow-ups. Learn brewing equipment basics and perform simple adjustments or repairs. Pitch in with warehouse operations, A/R collections, and general customer service as assigned.
