Role overview Drive a service route, keep beverage stations to standard, and build customer loyalty by delivering coffee, tea, and related products while providing relief coverage as needed. Schedule & requirements Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00 am–4:00 pm; overtime as required. License: Valid Driver’s License. Medical: Must pass a DOT physical. Primary responsibilities Deliver, replenish, and rotate products at every assigned stop when on route. Clean and verify equipment performance; complete a minimum of one daily CQC (Cup Quality Check). Ensure all customers on the daily schedule receive timely delivery and service. Address concerns swiftly by escalating issues to the ASM (Area Sales Manager) and confirming resolution. Maintain route administration: invoices, on-hand inventory, and collections—daily. Sales & revenue growth Increase Revenue per Stop by identifying and closing distribution voids on core SKUs. Execute seasonal and LTO promotions and apply pricing actions as directed. Uphold beverage station standards to reinforce brand presence and drive add-on sales. Use the Farmer Brothers customer call process ("The Farmer Brothers Way to Sell"); make incremental sales calls as time allows. Operations & support Report inefficiencies, dissatisfaction, and new opportunities discovered while providing route relief. Support the ASM with inventory cycle counts, warehouse activities, and customer-related initiatives. Develop familiarity with brewing equipment and perform basic adjustments/repairs. Assist in warehouse operations, accounts receivable collections, and customer service, as assigned. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Route delivery experience preferred but not required. Customer service background preferred; prior foodservice exposure helpful. Strong, clean driving record. We use location-based compensation adjustments. Colleagues in higher-cost areas may receive a geographic pay premium based on market data and local economics.
