About The Position

We're seeking a Field Associate to join our team in the Irvine area. This contracted hourly position is a 1099 position that focuses on conducting property showings for rental properties with occasional opportunities to conduct property evaluations. The role involves traveling to properties, conducting showings for prospective tenants, preparing units, ensuring accessibility and security, and reporting feedback. There are also optional opportunities to assess property conditions at management start, move-ins, and move-outs, documenting deficiencies using Doorstead tooling, and evaluating various property areas and systems. The ideal candidate has a real estate license, experience in property management or related fields, strong communication and attention to detail skills, comfort with local travel, and proficiency with mobile apps and smartphone photography.

Requirements

Real estate license is required as company policy

Responsibilities

Travel to properties and conduct showings for prospective tenants
Prepare units prior to prospect arrival
Ensure property accessibility and security
Report prospect and property feedback
Assess property conditions at management start, move-ins, and move-outs
Use Doorstead tooling to document property deficiencies
Evaluate exterior areas, interior common spaces, and functionality of electric and plumbing systems
Take detailed photos and prepare basic reports through our system
