About The Position

As a Field Applications Specialist – Mass Spectrometry, you will be a key operational member of our Customer Support team, delivering high-touch technical and scientific execution for Roche’s automated mass spectrometry platform, the cobas i601, across customer laboratories in the region. In this role, you will focus on post-sales technical success—bringing new i601 placements from installation through validation and full go-live status. You will work in close partnership with Lead/Principal FAS colleagues on complex account rollouts, while independently managing standard assay implementations, customer training, regulatory compliance support, and advanced technical troubleshooting. This is a field-base role. Overnight travel within the designated region is expected > 50% of the time, based on customer training and implementation schedules. A company vehicle is provided with this position.
