Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering with minimum 3 years of experience, preferably as a hardware / firmware design engineer, sales engineer or application engineer.
• FPGA/MPU/MCU/GPU/Networking/Embedded systems experience preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation and Interpersonal skills.
• Experience using CRMs and knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Viable candidates for this position must be eligible for an export license or be a U.S. Person (which includes but is not limited to U.S. citizens or nationals, lawful permanent residents, refugees, and asylees).

Nice To Haves

• Sales experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maximize Arrow content on customer designs and securing high-ROI engineering investments.
• Leverage deep technical expertise, engineering resources, and solution-selling strategies to solve complex customer requirements.
• Partner with sales, internal departments, and suppliers across pre- and post-sales activities to deliver technical consulting and align design priorities.
• Build strong relationships with key decision-makers across customers and suppliers, managing expectations and executing strategic initiatives.
• Participate in ongoing supplier technical training to stay current on emerging technologies and conduct joint research to support customer designs.
