Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or related Engineering degree.
FPGA experience.
Experience using CRMs
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel

Sales experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Drive demand creation by maximizing Arrow content on customer designs and securing high-ROI engineering investments.
Leverage deep technical expertise, engineering resources, and solution-selling strategies to solve complex customer requirements.
Partner with sales, internal departments, and suppliers across pre- and post-sales activities to deliver technical consulting and align design priorities.
Build strong relationships with key decision-makers across suppliers and customers, managing expectations and executing strategic initiatives.
Participate in ongoing supplier technical training to stay current on emerging technologies and conduct joint research to support customer designs.
