Job Duties : Primarily works with the Field Application Engineering (FAE) team to provide technical support for the development and implementation of complex products/applications/solutions. This is an opportunity to deepen product, application, and market knowledge in the Cloud and AI networking infrastructure . Assists the sales staff in assessing potential application of company products to meet customer needs and help review product specifications for the development and implementation of customer products/applications/solutions.

- Pursuing a degree in the physical sciences, electrical engineering or equivalent
- Practical working knowledge of transceiver hardware, or network switching and connectivity including both specification and test of firmware/hardware interfaces.
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
Nice To Haves
- It will be helpful to have familiarity with: Device firmware structure & functionality Standards documents like CMIS , Ethernet, InfiniBand, Industry MSAs Python
Responsibilities
- Support FAE team with application lab expansion and network testing.
- Work closely with FAE and sales team to review customer requirements and application use cases.
- Work with firmware development team to help identify bugs.
- Participation in Failure Analysis, Corrective Action & Lessons Learned activities
