As a Field and Event Marketer at Pogo, you'll own conferences, dinners and IRL events as core B2B channels. You'll run a high volume of events year-round, end-to-end, from logistics and project management to evaluating which ones are worth doing again. This role is highly visible within the Go-To-Market strategy and is a core growth channel for the company, offering real ownership over how Pogo presents itself. The focus is on quality over quantity, with an emphasis on intentional experiences that build meaningful relationships and drive business outcomes. You will work closely with sales and leadership to shape how events convert into pipeline, customer relationships, and long-term partnerships, with clear visibility into performance. As an early member of the marketing team, you will help shape the field marketing strategy, vendor relationships, event standards, and operating rhythms as the company scales. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being hands-on, building relationships face-to-face, traveling, and creating memorable experiences.
