About The Position

The Field Advisor supports daily operations by performing roof system repairs and inspections, gathering details for quotes, providing maintenance, and delivering grease containment services while ensuring safety and quality. The role communicates with clients, completes digital reporting, collaborates with Field Support to improve processes, and performs related duties as needed. It is based in Kansas City, Kansas, and reports to Service. Weekly travel throughout a designated region is required, with potential overnight travel; a hotel and company vehicle are provided.

Requirements

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a field-based environment.
Comfort using smartphones, tablets, and digital reporting tools.
Ability to perform physically demanding work in all weather conditions, including lifting, bending, and climbing.
Strong attention to detail and reliability.

Nice To Haves

Commercial roofing or construction experience is a plus but is not required.
Tool knowledge is a plus.
