About The Position

At EGYM Wellpass, we are establishing health and wellness as a universal corporate benefit with measurable impact. EGYM Wellpass is a leading corporate fitness network, empowering companies to promote employee health and well-being through a single, flexible all-access membership. As the market leader in Germany and France, we recently launched in the U.S. and have a rapidly growing network of thousands of studio and gym partners. We are seeking a Partner Sales Manager (PSM) to help rapidly scale our gym footprint. The PSM will join as a key member of the Supply Team, responsible for working with fitness providers from start to finish, including researching new opportunities, initial outreach, contract negotiations, and ensuring a smooth transition for onboarding.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively research and connect with fitness providers via phone, email, social media, and industry events to build meaningful partnerships.
  • Stay ahead of the competitive landscape, understanding pricing and product differentiators so you can clearly communicate Wellpass’ unique value.
  • Own the full sales cycle—from generating leads and prospecting, to pitching, negotiating pricing, and executing contracts.
  • Collaborate closely with operations and marketing to keep communications consistent and ensure every partner’s onboarding is a success.
  • Keep Salesforce up to date with accurate and timely information to support growth and strategic decision-making.
