About The Position

This role offers an opportunity to help launch a brand-new delivery program in the Dallas area by recruiting local businesses to join a hub delivery partner network. You will focus on field-based outreach, visiting prospective businesses, presenting the program, qualifying leads, and guiding them through the application process. You will collaborate closely with a Field Manager and other local contractors to drive sign-ups, build community relationships, and support recruitment events, while managing your pipeline in Salesforce and earning uncapped commission based on partner conversions.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in sales and/or customer service.
  • Proven outside or field sales experience, including door-knocking and territory sales.
  • Hands-on experience using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system; Salesforce experience is preferred.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to present and pitch opportunities to business owners and decision-makers.
  • Demonstrated professionalism and the ability to work collaboratively with a Field Manager, contractors, and community partners.
  • High sense of urgency, with the ability to move quickly on leads and follow up consistently.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to troubleshoot and solve problems for applicants in the field.
  • Tech-savvy, with experience working with multiple systems and technology tools, including Excel and CRM platforms.
  • Ability to travel up to approximately four hours round trip daily to cover assigned territories.
  • Comfort working in a field-based, door-to-door sales environment multiple days per week.

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual skills in Spanish or Hindi are preferred and can enhance effectiveness in diverse communities.
  • Prior experience in roles that involved sales negotiations with customers is a plus.
  • Previous field sales experience beyond the minimum requirements is a plus.
  • Enthusiasm for working with others and building relationships with local organizations and influencers.
  • Motivation to work in a performance-driven environment with uncapped commission and incentives.

Responsibilities

  • Visit prospective businesses door to door in targeted towns within approximately a 90-minute driving distance to promote the delivery partner program.
  • Present and pitch the new program opportunity to prospective businesses in a clear and compelling way to generate interest and encourage them to apply.
  • Qualify prospective businesses based on defined criteria and guide them step-by-step through the application process.
  • Lead and track all sales activity using Salesforce, maintaining an organized and up-to-date pipeline of prospects and partners.
  • Support the Field Manager in planning, coordinating, and hosting recruitment events in the community, such as lunch-and-learn sessions and town hall meetings.
  • Collaborate with the Field Manager to build relationships with local influencers, including chambers of commerce, economic development associations, and other community organizations, to drive referrals.
  • Import Excel spreadsheets into Salesforce on a weekly basis to ensure accurate and timely data entry and reporting.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to prospective and new partners, answering questions, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience throughout the onboarding process.
  • Travel within a radius of up to approximately four hours round trip daily to cover assigned territories and meet outreach goals.
  • Consistently work toward and achieve recruitment targets and performance goals to maximize uncapped commission and incentives.
