About The Position

Culligan Quench is seeking a Field Sales Account Executive to manage and expand a local territory within their water-as-a-service business. This is an outside sales role focused on building a client base, prospecting for new businesses, and closing recurring revenue contracts to ensure long-term customer value. The company's mission is to reduce plastic bottle consumption by providing on-demand filtered water solutions. Culligan Quench is a growing international leader, now part of Culligan, a private equity-backed company. They offer bottle-free water coolers, ice machines, and beverage dispensers through subscription agreements. Headquartered in King of Prussia, PA, Quench operates across North America and Puerto Rico with over 1,600 team members.

Requirements

  • Proven B2B outside sales experience, including contract-based selling.
  • Experience using Salesforce to manage pipeline and sales activity.
  • Demonstrated ability to prospect and build a territory from scratch.
  • Strong closing skills with a track record of hitting or exceeding quota.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally within the territory.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in recurring revenue, service-based, or subscription models.
  • Background selling into SMB or mid-market accounts.
  • Experience in industries such as uniform services, waste management, facilities, office services, or similar route-based/service businesses.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle sales within an assigned territory, from prospecting to closing.
  • Identify and engage new B2B customers through cold outreach, networking, and local market activities.
  • Build and manage a sales pipeline in Salesforce, ensuring accurate forecasting and activity tracking.
  • Sell recurring service contracts to Small and Medium-sized Businesses (SMB) and mid-market clients.
  • Conduct in-person meetings, site visits, and product demonstrations.
  • Negotiate and close multi-year agreements.
  • Collaborate with service and operations teams to ensure effective customer onboarding and retention.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
