The Field Access Manager (FAM) plays a critical role in ensuring that patients receive timely access to therapies by identifying, navigating, and resolving access and reimbursement challenges. This position serves as a primary point of contact for healthcare providers, offering education on payer policies, benefit verifications, prior authorizations, and other market access matters. The FAM leverages strategic, compliant partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to streamline the patient journey and optimize prescriber confidence in access pathways. The base compensation range for this role is $190-210K. Base Compensation is influenced by many factors including, but not limited to: time in the role, previous experience, skills, knowledge, performance, work requirements, internal equity, and business / economic conditions.
