It’s an opportunity to move beyond direct service work and help shape statewide systems impacting children, youth, and families across California. This is a hybrid position with an expectation of one day per week in the office. Remote work may be approved on a case-by-case basis. Relocation support may be considered on a case-by-case basis. UC Davis Continuing and Professional Education (CPE) is the lifelong learning division of UC Davis and one of the most dynamic continuing education organizations in the country. Serving more than 55,000 enrollments annually, CPE offers an expansive portfolio of programs spanning workforce development, professional education, international programs, online learning, pre-college programs, and customized training partnerships. Beyond its role as a community-facing educational provider, CPE also serves as a strategic hub for online education and innovation across the university. With approximately 180 employees and access to a network of more than 1,700 instructors and subject matter experts, the division operates at scale while remaining deeply mission-driven. This is a newly created role developed to support the expansion of UC Davis’ statewide Center of Excellence contract and the growing implementation of High Fidelity Wraparound (HFW) services across California. The Fidelity Coach/Trainer plays a critical role in strengthening workforce capacity and supporting provider agencies participating in the statewide BH-CONNECT initiative. This position combines coaching, technical assistance, facilitation, training, and implementation support to help agencies improve fidelity to the High Fidelity Wraparound model and drive positive outcomes for children, youth, and families. Working closely with Fidelity Reviewers and statewide partners, this individual will help translate fidelity data into meaningful action plans, guide providers through implementation challenges, and support long-term systems improvement efforts. This is an opportunity for someone passionate about child welfare, systems of care, coaching, and organizational development to make a measurable statewide impact.
