About The Position

Smoker Craft, Inc currently has an opening for a Fiberglass Roller at our plant in New Paris, IN. This position involves rolling fiberglass layers on molds to form boat decks and hulls, smoothing seams, removing air bubbles and excess resin, and performing quality checks for defects on the finished product. The starting pay is $20.64/hr, with potential to increase to $22.64/hr after 60 days with positive reviews. Employees are also eligible for an Attendance Bonus averaging an additional $50/week after the first week of work. The shift schedule is Monday-Friday, 5 am to 1:30 pm, though this is subject to change based on production needs.

Requirements

• Previous fiberglass rolling experience
• Knowledge of the lay-up construction of the fiberglass lamination process
• Must be authorized to work in the United States

Nice To Haves

• Chopper gun operator experience is helpful
