About The Position

This role supports composite production by performing tasks such as gel coating, rolling, part pulling, finishing, and ensuring all work meets quality and safety standards. The position requires teamwork, consistent productivity, safe material handling, and the ability to follow instructions while maintaining a positive and professional work environment. Support team members and assist in other areas as needed. Operate on a production line with consistent speed, accuracy, and attention to detail. Meet daily production requirements and quality standards. Maximize productivity and efficiency without compromising quality. Collaborate with production team members to achieve quotas and departmental goals. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Follow all safety guidelines and immediately report any safety concerns to management. Adhere to all written and verbal instructions. Demonstrate a positive, professional, and cooperative attitude. Work overtime as needed, including weekends. Performing hazardous waste management tasks such as container inspection, labeling, manifest signing, and maintaining accumulation and recovery areas in accordance with RCRA regulations. Attending and completing required annual RCRA training.

Requirements

  • Ability to safely and effectively operate air-powered tools.
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position for extended periods (up to 100% of the shift).
  • Frequently lift fiberglass materials weighing up to 50 pounds and transport them up to 20 feet.
